Can AI Replace Humans?

There are many conflicting opinions about artificial intelligence. Some countries avoid using it because they are concerned about confidentiality, while others extensively utilize AI in their businesses.

Many people are concerned that AI will replace human resources, and we are already seeing a trend of job positions being reduced where processes can be automated.

At a conference for the IT community, I heard many speakers from around the world discussing this topic.

Summarizing the information we heard about AI:
  • AI is here to stay.

  • Over time, everyone will use it.

AI is already replacing many human-performed tasks, but it still requires proper scripting, error checking, and human intervention.

This will free up more time for creative work and personal pursuits. However, some people are concerned that AI may take control of humanity, which is why it's crucial for all AI to remain under human control.

The world is constantly changing, and progress does not stand still. The key is not to remain stagnant but to keep moving forward and embrace the new. For example, if we look back 10 years, we can see how many new job positions have emerged and how many have disappeared. In recent years, we have seen the emergence of new roles like media buyers, affiliates, and bloggers, as well as an increase in job opportunities in marketing and the IT industry.

Therefore, it's important not to fear AI but to master its functions and understand how it can help in your field and actively use it to your advantage.
